This means we cover any workmanship and material defects, not expected wear and tear as the product ages. Our guarantee doesn't cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care and use, accident, or excessive use. If treated well, leather can age beautifully for decades. Leather needs to be nourished to be well preserved, therefore we strongly recommend using our Fab’ leather balm.

All our products are handmade in Montreal, Canada, and we do everything possible to ensure that orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian/ Quebec holidays. Once the order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you.
